A delightful excursion on the motorboat Alessio into the dense reed-thicket wetland oasis
near Gorino Lighthouse (the area is called Mezzanino Oasis), a paradise for its biodiversity.
An area beyond reach by other means and a must for nature lovers. On this trip you'll have
many chances to observe some rare marine birds in their natural habitat.

electrically powered boat will lead you into the dense reed-thicket surrounding the mouth of
the River Po at Volano, an important habitat for many bird species.

An exhilarating boat trip for those keen on fishing. Aboard the comfortable motorboat
“Carcana” you’ll have the opportunity to visit the old mussel farms, then we’ll head out to see
the clam farms. While navigating, it will be pleasant and interesting to observe a traditional
type of fishing, using the local “rasca”.
Duration: 2 hours.
Departure: at 2.30 pm (or 4.30 pm) – from Gorino Port at the Motorboat Carcana mooring dock.

5. Po Delta Park: FROM THE BEACH TO THE LIGHTHOUSE BY BOATAll Saturdays and Sundays from 16 July to 28 August – at 4.30 pm
Board our motorboat “Cristiana” heading out into the inlet of Goro and, while enjoying the
natural scenery of our area, discover the fishing techniques for clams and mussels. Then we
will head further out to the Island of Love, a big sandbank separating the Goro inlet from the
open sea and where the main lighthouse of the Po Delta is placed.

6. Po Delta park: A DAY OUT ON THE “ISLAND OF LOVE”All Wednesdays from 27 July to 24 August
A quiet and pleasant boat trip departing from the mouth of the Po river up to the Isola
dell’Amore, a small island where an important lighthouse for the Po Delta has been erected.
Share firsthand the unique scenery and wildlife of our area and spend a day in tranquillity on the beach,
enjoying the unspoilt marine environment of the small uninhabited island in the extreme stretch of the Po
Delta.
Duration: whole day.
Departure by bus from the bus stops listed in the table below. Price includes bus + boat ride. Those
who prefer using their own vehicle can meet at 10 am at Volano – Oasi Cannevié wharf for
boarding.

highest reputed wine-shops of the area and which will be presented to you by wine-making
